Septic and Holding Tanks

We service, repair, and install septic and holding tanks. This can also involve checking and replacing septic pumps, floats, and baffle filters. We flush drain fields to clear the lines of your septic system.

We also provide a digging service, both for small jobs and big ones.  We have the state-of-the-art equipment and machinery to make sure the job is done efficiently and accurately, using our camera to locate the system and our skid steer to expose it.

It is necessary to regularly pump your septic tank; we recommend doing so every 3 years.

A septic inspection is an objective examination of the septic system components. A certified inspection report is often required before the closing of real estate deals.

Order the inspection after your offer has been accepted and before the conditions of sale are removed. The contract will stipulate the length of time you have to complete the inspection.

What is involved?
The septic inspection will determine the structural and operational functions of the septic system.  Your septic inspector can identify existing and potential problem areas, suggest possible solutions and, where possible, provide estimates for the cost of the work required.  You will receive a certified report outlining the inspection findings.
